Strictly no returns, exchanges, store credits or refunds.
Shop Moonstone is happy to exchange any orders placed on shopmoonstone.com. We stand behind our pieces and want you to feel like your most confident, best self in your new purchases! If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at info@shopmoonstone.com and we would be happy to help you exchange your pieces for a different style or size. Please note; we do not offer refunds, only exchanges and store credit. All exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Please note; in order to receive your exchange or store credit, the pieces must be sent back to Shop Moonstone at the purchases expense and must be in the same condition you received, i.e.; with hygienic liners attached, tags attached, unworn, no deodorant/makeup markings. All items in non-sellable condition will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit. To ensure you don’t have to exchange your pieces, please contact us if you are unsure of your sizing and we will help get you into the best fit babe!
Please note Shop Moonstone reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
We are not liable for any damages to your Moonstone pieces that may occur from tanning oils, lotions, chlorine, snags, wear, etc.
